Diet Week 2

I lost 2.5 pound last week, bringing the grand total to 10 pounds lost.

I have no idea why I didn't lost very much. I never cheated a single bit. PMS maybe?

But 10 pounds is still 10 pounds and I'll take it!

It's a fact of diet. You always loose the most the first week. Some call it water weight. Also your matablism then says "what the heck" and slows down. In other words, 2.5 lbs a week is about normal.
