Yeah, we have another snow day. And are supposed to get another 3-4 inches of the white stuff today. The wind has kicked up. Our county is under a level 3 emergency, which means "don't travel unless you must".
Seems where I work doesn't think a level 3 snow emergency is worthy of cancelling school. Even though almost every other campus is closed mine is open. Umm, sorry I'm not risking my life nor the life of my students. I cancelled my class for today!
Lilith- good for you! I saw online last night that almost everything north of you was already closed and you have level 3s then, and most everything south of you was delayed of canceled. Glad to see that you used your head, since most college profs don't!

Tis not a fun time here in the "Lilith" household. Seems the youngest brought home a wicked stomach flu and I have been dealing with it since Monday night when it crept up on me and smack me down! Today is the first time I have felt semi-normal. Even if the weather wasn't bad, I probably would have cancelled class anyway.
